You can purchase the land share of a property with a predetermined
plan and project from Fuzul Topraktan.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASING THE LAND SHARE OF THE RESIDENCE?
You can become a homeowner paying installements monthly while your
land share gains more value during the construction phase.
WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BEGIN?
Construction will commence 12 months after the contract date.
HOW CAN WE PAY THE CONSTRUCTION COST?
You can pay the construction cost either in cash or in installments.
WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BE COMPLETED?
The construction is completed within 36 months from the start date.
